Pramerica’s software development and QA testing groups support a wide range of technology, including mainframe, client server, Lotus Notes, internet and integration between legacy systems and systems involving more modern technology. Pramerica provides the entire range of software lifecycle activities from project planning, analysis, design, development, quality assurance testing and production support. This is achieved by employing an integrated management and development approach using consistent processes, methods and tools. It is organised into three discrete groups: Development, Quality Assurance Testing and the Systems Engineering Group. |

Pramerica follows standard core processes for software engineering and management practices. These established processes help managers and technical staff plan, monitor and implement systems more efficiently and effectively.
Pramerica has an established core group of process technicians, consisting of Process Control Council members and the Centralised Software Assurance Quality Group. The core group ensures that continuous process improvements and strong project management practices are incorporated into standard practices. Pramerica management has insight into the technical progress on projects and monitors their cost estimates, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction. This enables Pramerica to manage and improve its long-term business performance.
