Every new hire receives an Individual Development Plan. This is a formal plan of learning and development to achieve career goals. The IDP is part of the annual performance review cycle.

FAS
In 2001, we worked in conjunction with FAS to develop an extensive Mainframe / Client Server training programme. This programme is geared towards IT graduates with an interest in cross training in Mainframe or Client Server technology and incorporates a four week placement in Pramerica.
