Can you tell me what the salary is for the position before I apply?
Pramerica’s total remuneration package is competitive and in line with the industry standard. Salary details are discussed at interview stage and are subject to individual skills and experience for the position. Refer to the
benefits page for further information.

When should I expect to get a response?
You will receive an acknowledgement email from Pramerica once you submit your application online. We receive a high volume of applications therefore it is not possible for us to personally acknowledge each application. Candidates who are short listed for interview will receive a telephone call or email.

What will the Recruitment Process involve?
For technical positions candidates will undergo a first round interview with a technical team leader, this is normally a telephone interview. The second round of interview is with a human resources representative, over the telephone. The final interview will involve meeting face to face, or in circumstances where you live outside Ireland a video teleconference, where you will meet with a technical team leader and department manager.
For non technical position, candidates are generally invited to the campus for a face to face interview.

Who would be my single point of contact until I join?
The HR representative is your main point of contact should you have any questions in relation to the recruitment process, relocation to Ireland, life at Pramerica or anything you need clarified.

What is the daily dress code?
The dress code for Pramerica is business casual.

Are there opportunities to progress within the company?
Yes, every new hire received an Individual Development Plan. This is a formal plan of your learning and development and your career goals. This is in addition to the annual performance review cycle.

Who applies for the Green Card/ Work Permit?
Either the employee or the employer can apply for the Work Permit.
In Pramerica’s case we apply for the Green Card/ Work Permit.

Proof of your professional/higher educational qualifications.

Are there any other entry requirement or qualifying criteria for employment at Pramerica?
You will need to clear a drug screen test and supply two written references from your most recent employers. The HR representative will brief you on the steps involved if you are offered employment with Pramerica.

What training is provided?
All employees attend our induction programme to familiarise themselves with the company and integrate into their new role. Extensive technical and soft skill training is available to all employees in addition to opportunities to complete professional certifications.
