We recruit a high volume of graduates into entry level positions each year. Graduates joining Pramerica receive a formal individual development plan as part of the annual review process to help achieve their career development goals. |

ICT Ireland Graduate Placement Programme

Pramerica is participating in the 2008 ICT Graduate Placement Programme. The aim of the programme is to provide successful candidates with a valuable introduction into the world of employment in the Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) sector. It has been established by ICT Ireland, the representative body for the ICT sector in Ireland in association with the Institution of Engineers. |

The programme offers graduates a unique opportunity to develop their skills in a real work environment while at the same time demonstrating the ICT industry's belief in long-term health of the sector. |

LYIT Higher Diploma

The Letterkenny Institute of Technology has developed a postgraduate programme in conjunction with Pramerica and Allstate Northern Ireland. The course was designed to ensure technology students are trained in the skill sets required by Pramerica and other employers in our industry. FAS IT Access Support Course

FAS is offering an 18 week programme in IT Access Support. The course is designed for those who have a strong aptitude for computing. The aim of the course is to prepare students for potential opportunities in IT access support. |
