I started working with Pramerica in November 2005, as a customer service representative on the Mutal Funds team. I assist customers with inquiries in regards to their accounts and investments. Work is extremely interesting, varied and fast paced. Sometimes though the most rewarding part of my job is the simple tasks like helping family members with the account of a loved who is no longer capable of taking care off their own financial affairs. All new employees joining the customer service department of Pramerica are provided with a training period of approximately two to four weeks in order to gain the necessary experience to work as a team member, as our work is as much a team effort as it is an individual effort. My experience with Pramerica has been very positive and I would recommend Pramerica as an excellent employer to anyone returning to work with a FETAC certificate or third level qualification. Pramerica provides continuous education support for employees to upgrade their qualification. Also promotion is always available within the different sections of the company. Pramerica provides many excellent benefits like pension, health insurance, year end bonus and awards. A flexible full or part time work schedule is also most helpful to many employees.
