Pramerica employees and their eligible dependants can take advantage of a variety of benefits plans. Some of the benefits are completely paid for by Pramerica, while others require joint contribution.

Eligible employees may also choose to participate in some optional benefits that are offered on a non-subsidised basis.

Pramerica provide medical insurance cover for employees and eligible dependents.

Fully paid by Pramerica, employees are covered from start date and beneficiaries are provided with a lump sum payment.
  Relocation
International hires can claim for reimbursement of some of the costs associated with relocating to Ireland.

A professional, independent Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided for all employees and their immediate families.

  Educational Assistance
Pramerica reimburse eligible employees on job related continued education through the Company Education Assistance Plan.
  Employee Share Participation Scheme
The purpose of an Approved Share Participation Scheme is to allow employees to acquire shares in their employer in a tax efficient way.
  Continuous Training
Each employee receives continuous training through their Individual Development Plan. This is also linked to the annual performance review.
  Long Term Disability Plan
If an employee is unable to resume their normal position while out on sick leave, they will be entitled to disablement benefit subject to medical examination with the Insurance Company Doctor.

  Annual Leave
Annual leave entitlement of 21 days, in addition to 9 public holidays.
  Service Leave
The annual holiday entitlement increases by:

• 1 day in the third year of service (i.e. 22 days)

• 2 additional days in the fifth year of service (i.e. up to a maximum entitlement of 24 days per annum)
