Pramerica is committed to Diversity since it set up business in 2000. We have a diverse population comprising staff from different age groups, gender, and nationality.

Diversity Committee
Pramerica have a committee dedicated to promoting diversity in the organisation. The committee's aim is to help staff understand and maximise the value of the company's diverse population. The committee organise a number of annual events. A diversity database is also maintained in which staff can share recipes, interesting facts and cultural information from their home countries.

Cultural Afternoons

Pramerica hosts an annual cultural afternoon in where staff celebrate and learn about the different cultures within the organisation. The day's events include culinary delights, fashion events, artifacts, photography, music, poetry and dance.

Family Afternoons
In additional we host an annual Family afternoon, with the theme of diversity, which is a fantastic afternoon for adults and kids alike, with activities such as: map building, quiz, art competition puppet show and song and dance from the kids. Everybody takes home a goodie bag with treat and recopies from the various countries.
