The Culture
One of the first things I noticed after starting at Pramerica was how easy it is to settle into the place. I had always worked for smaller companies before and was concerned about “getting lost” in such a large organisation. But I found it really welcoming, and great fun. I hadn’t realised either, before I started, how culturally diverse the company is. I’d worked for eight years previously in Australia and loved the variety and dynamics of working with people from all over the world. And still do.
I also have three school-going children, so probably the most important consideration for me when choosing a company is the ability to work flexible hours - either in the office or at home - without compromising my career, or the quality of the work that I do. I really appreciate that.
