Pramerica Technology Services (PTS)

Pramerica Technology Services supplies the means – through our organisational, technical and analytical talent – to help Prudential Financial, Inc. consistently meet high performance targets by solving its technological challenges. Our PTS department houses a broad talent base of people who constantly look to be innovative through the use of the newest technologies.

These services include everything from software development, quality assurance testing and business intelligence to ethical hacking, test automation and systems engineering.

The field of cyber security is never static so it is a constant challenge to stay ahead. Pramerica has given me the opportunity to meet those challenges through further study, and I recently completed a Masters in System and Software Security in collaboration with the Letterkenny Institute of Technology.”

    Overseeing the delivery of software and contact center services to Prudential’s business units. Ciaran is also the accountable executive for Prudential El Paso Business & Technology Solutions Center located in El Paso, Texas in the United States.

    Vice President of Systems, she is a member of the Pramerica Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for Software Development, Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management Office, Business Analysis Office, Security Operations Center and Systems Engineering. She leads a team of over 750 IT Professionals in Ireland, as well as 150 in Asia and El Paso, Texas who work across the majority of the business and corporate groups in Prudential Financial, Inc.

    Meeting the statutory financial requirements of the company, working with corporate partners in Prudential to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting and planning for GBTS. Responsible for finance support for international initiatives in Japan, and provides financial assistance to the El Paso Business & Technology Solutions Center.
